Coonan Arms .357 Magnum: “Out of Production”
A large caliber pistol based upon the Colt M1911A1, but with modifications to fire the rimmed .357 Magnum round.
These modifications included the lengthening of the grip to facilitate the longer round, and a total redesign of the magazine. The gun is entirely made up out of stainless steel, and will function flawlessly as long as it is properly lubricated. It is of very high quality, and it has a 8 round magazine.

Just like the Coonan .357 Magnum pistol this gun is a large caliber pistol based upon the Colt M1911A1, but with modifications to fire the rimmed .41 Magnum round. These modifications included the lenghtening of the grip to facilitate the longer round, and a total redesign of the magazine. The barrel bushing was also redesigned on this gun. The gun is entirely made up out of stainless steel, and wil function flawlessly as long as it is properly lubricated. It is of very high quality, and it has a 7 round magazine.
According to Dan Coonan, he has never seen a 41 Coonan Magnum complete and fully working. This gun may have been under research and development and never made it to the production. We have seen a Coonan 41 Magnum barrel, magazine and slide.Weight: 3.9 lbs (1.75 kg)
